Giving this blogging thing a try

I love sewing and I love writing so why not put the two things together. Now all I need is a little bit of discipline and I will be all set.

I have a plan. I don't know if my blog will be on par with some of the great crafty blogs around the web but I just hope to share what I know and do. It will take some planning I am sure.

I have a 13 year old daughter who I don't do much sewing for but I also have a 3 year old little boy who I love sewing for. If there is a lack for anything in the sewing world it is sewing for little boys. I hope to show you that here.

That's it for my very first post. I hope to be back on Monday to do some tweaking and post some pictures. Until then...
